My kid is 10m old and 25% for weight; he fits great in it now and I can see how it should work for him for a while. I like that the canopy can be in 2 positions or removed. I like how the float is designed for some water to be near where his hands and arms are so he gets to splash. I like that even though I’m a tall and heavy person, the “mommy” part the float worked great and we weren’t in a “Jack and Rose” type of situation, lol It’s easy to inflate/deflate and the mesh bag is convienient. There’s nothing I didn’t like about this

I absolutely love the Swimways Mommy and Me float! It’s perfect for babies 9 to 24 months, and my little one feels safe and supported while in the water. The design makes it easy for me to hold onto her, and she actually enjoys splashing around while still being secure. It’s comfortable, well-made, and gives both baby and mom peace of mind during swim time. Definitely a must-have for any parent wanting a safe and fun water experience with their baby!

Love this design. Took this to the lake with us and brought a water leash jic. My daughter (25m/ 24lbs) was originally scared of the “black water” but this allowed me to leisurely keep her calm and enjoy soaking in the water without her clinging to me for dear life. The squirts fish provided enough of a distraction that my daughter was able to take her mind off her original fears by squirting mommy/daddy. I love that it’s clipped to the toy also so it can’t run away. The double ring provided us with a “table” to float her water bottle and “treasures” along with us. Child can easily wear a life vest or water-wings to transfer to swimming at the raft. Sits feels deep enough that I don’t have to freak about her being able to climb out. I like the double ring. It gives me the sense of security of knowing there’s a failsafe Incase of structural failure. I liked that the kid/parent tubes are detachable however we never got to use them that way. The parent side is on the smaller side for a larger woman like myself. I found I kinda had to wedge into it, however I was impressed with its buoyancy!! I was upset that the nylon cover wasn't fully stitched on ours. So while we were at the cabin we had to find needle and thread to prevent it from having a catastrophic failure. Drys quickly, deflated with a little help and folds down to nothing quickly. Easy to transport and convenient.

This float is amazing! My wife purchased it for our 4 month old son (27 inches long and 18 lbs heavy) and while she was worried he would be too small because the manufacturer states the float is designed for little ones much older, we were going swimming at a family members pool and decided it was worth the gamble. Our son fit in it like a dream. He was so happy to be floating around on his "own", freely kicking his legs and loving being the water without being held. The "mommy" float attachment was great too. My wife is 5'9 at 160 lbs and I'm 6' at 280 lbs. The float held us both nicely and didn't pull down our son's float at all. We would highly recommend this to anyone that might ask.

I am only not giving the 5th star because there was nothing exceptional about my experience. The item is exactly as expected, I love it! My daughter loves it. It does keep her further down in the water, which is nice, but she now just sits there trying to drink the water the whole time, which isn't exactly a great thing, but not the products fault at all.
I think the mesh material is far more comfortable for my daughter to sit in than other plasticy products. She can be out in it a lot longer before becoming upset(she is 11months old). And the detachable canopy is very nice as well. Especially since it too is partially made out of the mesh material so she can still see through it to the people around her.
This really is a very great product. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in search of something for their little one. And like I said.. I am just leaving off the last start because my experience purchasing the product and such was perfectly average, nothing over the top extraordinary.

It’s really nice, just not for smaller babies. My 8 month old is chunky and still sank too far down. It would be nice if somehow the seat would adjust depths.
