I am SO happy I decided to go with this one! I was reading all the reviews on the various versions of this type of swimming floater as well as reviews on this particular one. After several days I decided to go with this one and I LOVE it and so does my son! Set up was super easy and I was able to inflate it with ease. I read in some reviews that people said it can tip when the baby reaches for the octopus… First, I would never leave my baby unattended in the pool EVER! Second, when my baby would reach for the octopus, it would help him to sit upright better. One thing you have to look out for is there were times when he would push up with both arms, pushing him up and to one direction while floating. He only did this a couple times when he would get bored but I just stopped him and diverted his attention back to something else. The cover stays up perfectly in the upright position and sits well in the reclined position. My baby is 8 ½ months and 23 pounds and this fits him quite well. I hope this helps! I had the opportunity to try out my friends floater which was similar to this but different. The shade thing on hers didn't stay up and the water came up too high. This one by far is the best!I will answer any questions you have!

We were really impressed with this baby raft. After looking at a few online we decided to go with this one, as it came with toys to help keep our little munchkin entertained. She’s 7 months and she fits perfectly and totally loved it! She loved the toys even more. She does sit up by herself so we didn’t see any safety risk, but we noticed she preferred to lean back and chill a lot, but regardless we never left her alone without one of us nearby.
It quick and easy to assemble, I can’t speak for putting it back away as we have left it blown up for ease of re-use. The sunshade is great for our sunny Texas rays, we ended up unsnapping the back snap of the shade though so it would be completely covering her head and face and this worked perfectly.
The blow-up toy on the front is cool, it spins, and the toys attached to it by loops. Our favorite toy is the flounder looking squeaking one and next up is the teething fish. She can teethe and swim at the same time and she loves it! There is also a beanie toy and some foam ones. We haven’t tried the foam ones as our little one is teething, and we didn’t want to risk her biting a piece off and choking on it.
This is going to be a raft that will be used for quite some time.

Reading the reviews I was somewhat weary to buy this. Guy it's fabulous. My son is 6 months old, 27 inches, and 21 lbs. This works perfectly for his size and there is room to grow. He loves it. The toys are nothing special, but seriously they are meant to be played with in the water by a baby… I really don't know what other toys you could include that would be any better. Regarless of the lack of a wow factor, my son enjoys playing with them. He also loves the octopus, I feel like he will outgrow that toy in the near future though, which is also not a problem because its completely detachable.
This was super easy to assemble. The cover functions as it should, of course it is not always going to completely cover your child, but it does a really superb job I think. Occasionally I have to turn him to face the other direction in order to be shielded, this does not bother me at all. I don't want my son to live in a cave just so he never sees the sun's harmful rays… I love that it is mesh on the sides too so that he can see outside of it easily. It has wiring that goes along the outside that makes it more sturdy. It also folds down and comes with a little mesh carrying case. I have yet to use this, but when we move it will be very nice.
Overall this is a really good product. color also matches perfectly. It's probably not the best for smaller babies, but I think that most people should know that using common sense. It specifically says it is not for smaller babies..
anyways, I love it! and so does my son.

I like the quality and price of this float. Other brands can cost up to $40 or more. Which can make most customers shy away from purchasing an item. But this company I feel like has really hit the mark. It's affordable for me to buy without feeling guilty about spending too much money. Plus my 7 month old son loves that inflatable insert with the toys that ome with the float. Other floats don't come with little extras for the babies to have more fun than just floating in water. I also like that it's not just a plastic blow up float. The fabric that covers the float is bright and colorful. And also reassures me that my son won't get burned by hot plastic do to the heat of the sun. Also let's not forget the comforts of the mesh seat! All around my son had so much fun floating in the pool and was comfortable. The entire time and thanks to the canopy the temperature never got too hot for him to be in the pool because he was in the shade. I can't be any happier with this product.

This works great as long as your baby can’t touch the bottom of the pool. If they can stand in the water, then there is not enough weight pulling down on the inflatables and your baby can easily reach forward and push the inflatable under the water (no matter how much air you put in them). But if you are using it in water deeper than your baby can touch, it works great! Sun shield is easy to use, it blows up easy, we have had no issues with “rough water” threatening to capsize the raft (but I’ve only used it in a pool), the little toys are nice and give idle hands something to handle as theY float around and watch other kids (I think it helped my baby be a little less nervous having something she could hold on to). Overall I’m really happy with my purchase.

I bought this for my 15 month old son to float in at the lake. We tested it out this past week and I am pleased with the purchase! We had a similar float for my daughter when she was an infant, but this one is definitely an upgrade.
First of all, it's amazing that the entire contraption folds up almost flat to go into the carrying bag. We inflated it at home to see how it goes together and I was just sure I'd never get it back into the bag. It was not a problem, though!
The only tricky part is getting the baby into the float when in the water. It would be very easy at the pool, but in the lake it was a little harder. We managed but it took 2 people. However, once we got him in the baby was very secure. Under the sunshade, he was well protected from the sun (although of course he was covered in sunscreen and had on a swim hat). The toys are a nice bonus. He was content to let us paddle him around in the water. The lake was choppy at times, but the float is plenty buoyant enough to go up and over the lake waves.
Altogether this is a great purchase and really a must-have if you're going to put your baby in the water!
